Child Abuse and Exploitation Standards.
Last Updated: 3/24/2025
At Kali, we are deeply committed to protecting the safety, dignity, and rights of all individuals — especially children and vulnerable users. While our platform is intended for adults (18+), we recognize the importance of setting strong standards around Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) to prevent the misuse of our services and ensure a safe digital environment.
1. Zero-Tolerance Policy
Kali maintains a zero-tolerance stance toward any content, behavior, or communication involving:
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
Grooming, enticement, or exploitation of minors
Discussions that glorify or promote abuse of any kind
Sharing, requesting, or soliciting sexually explicit content involving minors
Any such activity will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement.
2. Platform Restrictions
Age Requirement: Users must be at least 18 years old to access or use Kali.
Content Filters: All user-generated content is subject to automated and manual moderation, with flagged keywords and AI-powered detection of abusive or illegal content.
Anonymity with Accountability: While Kali offers anonymous posting, all user activity is subject to our Terms of Use, and abusive users will be permanently banned and reported where appropriate.
3. User Reporting & Response
Report Tools: Users can flag any post or profile for review. CSAE-related reports are given top priority and escalated immediately.
Review Process: Our team of trained moderators reviews flagged content promptly and thoroughly.
Mandatory Reporting: Kali complies with all U.S. federal and state reporting laws. If we become aware of CSAE or any illegal activity involving minors, we will report it to the relevant authorities and the NCMEC.
4. Prevention & Education
We commit to ongoing moderator training around trauma-informed care, CSAE detection, and survivor sensitivity.
We actively work to remove and ban repeat violators, suspicious accounts, or individuals attempting to use the platform inappropriately.
We are exploring partnerships with child safety organizations to ensure our standards evolve with best practices.
5. Commitment to a Safe Environment
Kali was designed to be a space for healing, not harm. We are committed to maintaining a respectful, empowering, and abuse-free environment for our users. Anyone found using this platform in ways that compromise the safety of others — especially children — will be permanently removed and reported to legal authorities.
