4. Content Ownership and Licensing

4.1 User-Generated Content:
You retain ownership of the content you submit, post, or share on the App ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant KALI Holding LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your User Content for purposes related to the operation and promotion of the App.

4.2 Content Moderation:
We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor, review, and remove User Content that violates these Terms, is reported by other users, or is deemed inappropriate at our sole discretion.

4.3 No Guarantee of Confidentiality:
While we strive to maintain anonymity for users, you acknowledge that anonymous postings may still be subject to disclosure under applicable laws, including but not limited to responding to legal requests, subpoenas, or court orders.

8. Termination and Suspension

8.1 Termination by User:
You may delete your account and cease use of the App at any time.

8.2 Termination by KALI:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms or other actions deemed harmful to the community.

9. Updates to Terms and Conditions

We may revise these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notifications.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
